Protein Bar
Ingredients
1/2 cup peanut butter
1/2 cup honey
2 tbl melted coconut oil
1/2 cup vanilla protein powder
1/2 cup unsweetened coconut flakes
1 cup rolled oats
2 tbl chia seeds
Topping:
2 tsp chocolate chips
1 tsp coconut oil
Instructions
Mix all ingredients together and press into a parchment paper lined loaf pan. Melt chocolate and coconut oil together and spread on top. Refrigerate for 1 hour. Store in refrigerator.
